    • 1-2 Bags Mixed variety Salad          • Cookie cutters

• ¾ c. Walnuts                                 • Salt
• 17 oz. (2 c.) Ripe tomatoes            • Olive oil
• 2 c. Tomato Juice                          • Vinegar
• 1/2 tsp Fiberagar® (powder)


1. Wash, clean and crush tomatoes.

2. Boil tomato juice, add FIBERAGAR®, stir for 2 minutes. Remove from heat and pour into a pan. Once cold, use cookie cutters to make tomato shapes.

3. Wash mixed variety salad, place in a bowl together with nuts and tomato cut-outs. Add oil & vinegar, and salt to taste.
