pea soup
• 1 ½ c. Coffee (already brewed)      • 1 sm. squirt Cointreau
• 1/4 tsp Fiberagar® (powder)         • ¼ c. Sugar
• Whipped cream


1. Boil brewed coffee with FIBERAGAR® for 2 minutes. Remove from heat and add a squirt of Cointreau.

2. Pour in glass cups and leave in the refrigerator until firm. Top with whipped cream.
