pea soup  
• 1 ¼ c. Strawberries                • ¼ c. Sugar
• 1 ¼ c. Water                         • 1 tsp. Fiberagar® (powder)
• Condensed milk to decorate

1. Clean and lightly crush strawberries, do not puree.

2. Boil water, add FIBERAGAR® and stir for 1 minute. Remove from heat and add sugar. Mix well.

3. Add strawberries and pour into a moulding pan. Leave to cool for 2 hours until it jellifies. Remove from moulding pan and decorate with condensed milk.
